Hydraulic oil pump in excavator casting factory is composed of pump body, rectangular oil tank, pressure handle ultra-high pressure steel wire braided rubber tube. It is the power component of hydraulic system. Its function is to convert the mechanical energy of prime mover into the pressure energy of liquid. It refers to the oil pump in hydraulic system, which provides power to the whole hydraulic system.

The structure of hydraulic pump generally includes gear pump, vane pump plunger pump. There are three types of hydraulic oil pump joints: straight through type, self sealing type quick joint.

The hydraulic oil pump body is small light, easy to use high working pressure.

Single stage pump station: the structure is simple, the larger working pressure can be obtained.

Double stage pump station: in case of low pressure, the high low pressure pumps supply oil at the same time, which can obtain large output flow; in case of high pressure, the low pressure pump automatically returns oil no-load through unloading overflow valve. Reduce power consumption.

Pressure maintaining function: when there is no leakage in the external oil circuit, stop the pump maintain the pressure for 5 minutes, the quotation of marine castings shall drop more than 5MPa
