Practical operation rules for wax material processing of bucket tooth casting manufacturer
Wax solution steps:
(in static bucket I) static drain → (in plastic bucket) mixing, volatilization dehydration → (in static bucket II) main processing parameters of static drain decontamination 1
Static barrel I: static temperature 85-90 ℃, static time 6-8h; mixing temperature 110-115 ℃, mixing time 10-12h; static barrel II: static temperature 80-85 ℃, static time > 12h; thermal insulation temperature 54 ± 2 ℃, thermal insulation time > 12h
24 hours
Operation process
The bucket tooth casting manufacturer shall check whether the equipment temperature control instrument are in normal working attitude.
Pour the old Dama resin recovered the dewaxing gold into the filter tank for filtration, then send it to the static bucket I for 6-8h under the temperature less than 90 ℃.
After static release, drain the settled water, pour the DAMA resin into the plastic removal bucket.
In addition to the Daba resin in plastic bucket, heat insulation mixing at 110-120 C, so that residual moisture is volatilized.
The DeMar resin after water removal is put into the static bucket I II at the temperature of < 90 ℃ after being filtered through the stainless steel screen of < 60 mesh, the heat insulation heat preservation are put over 12h.
All plastic buckets static buckets shall be timely drained of residual water dirt at the bottom.
Send the purchased Dama resin solved in the static barrel II to the insulation barrel of the material pipe pressing wax machine for the material pipe (sprue) in the main production area.
According to the characteristics of the used wax the consumption of wax, wax is added into the static bucket II regularly, generally in the range of 3% - 5%.
The standard Darma resin is poured into the wax cylinder in the heat preservation box. In order to reduce the vapor in the Darma resin of the main wax cylinder, the temperature is maintained at 80 ℃ / 2H for a period then reduced to 54 ℃. After 24 hours of heat insulation at 54 ± 2 ℃, wax mould can be restrained.
