When the casting requirements are high, the second layer is too much sand. Put the soaked shell mold into the floating sand bucket to apply sand, check the all-round cover; shake off the unnecessary floating sand.
Hang the shell mold after the excellent sand in the mold carrier car, push the information to the second layer drying room to carry out drying.
When the second layer is dry for 8 hours, check its dry humidity. If it reaches the standard, carry out the construction coating of structural reinforcement layer.
Blow away the unnecessary floating sand, infiltrate the third layer of pre wetting agent (the same as before), then apply the third layer of slurry sand again in the same way.
After the third layer is applied with sand, the shell mould after the excellent sand is hung in the mould carrier car sent to the drying room of the structural reinforcement layer for drying.
The fourth fifth holes of the structural reinforcement layer are N1, which is called NR, soaked with pre wetting agent, stained with the slurry of the structural reinforcement layer, then sand size as required
