High pressure steam dewaxing process specification: working pressure of dewaxing steam: 0.6-0.75mpa dewaxing time: 6-2min (specified according to the size complexity of casting parts). Note: before dewaxing, the mold shell must maintain temperature control. Dewaxing rainbow must change pressure rapidly; slow down blood pressure.
After dewaxing, the shell must be clean without Dama resin, the rubber inlet cup shall be detailed.
Operation process:
Before dewaxing, carry out pressure test on dewaxing kettle heat it for 1-2 times.
The high-quality ductile iron casting takes down the mold group which has been dry standard, then takes down the hook back cover plate, cleans the unnecessary shell raw materials at the edge of the rubber inlet cup.
Quickly pour the mold group onto the loading car of the dewaxing steam kettle, send it into the dewaxing steam kettle, immediately close the door; open the steam safety valve to make the working pressure quickly reach 0.5MPa; at this stage, about 2-3min, then set the dewaxing time according to the size of the casting the thin thick level of the shell.
When the setting time is up, close the steam safety valve, discharge the saturated steam pressure, discharge at a slow speed for about 1 min.
When the pressure gauge indicates "zero" of the working pressure, after the purchased wax is put clean, open the door of the dewaxing kettle, use the loading car to drag out the shell.
Check the dewaxing quality, shell quality EPC casting price, put the qualified shell in order according to the same drawing number, wait for firing.
Shell repair: when the surface layer can only be slightly cracked, it can be repaired by coating dipping with architectural paint at this point.
Filter the discharged purchased Dama resin pour it into the static bucket of < 90 ℃, heat insulation static release.
At the end of the work, remove the common machines, equipment places, turn off the heating furnace.
