common problem:

High quality silica sol casting often inquires whether the gas steam boiler dewaxing kettle pressure gauge, liquid level gauge valve are all normal.

It is necessary to damage scratch the sealing packing of the door of the dewaxing kettle. If there is steam leakage, it should be removed replaced first.

The wax of the mould group should be dewaxed first when it is transported to the dewaxed place the shell making room. If the time is delayed, the mould shell will encounter heat in the early stage, the mould shell will crack due to the wax swelling.

High quality automobile castings shall be inspected for sand falling in the steam dewaxing kettle anytime anywhere. If there is too much, it shall be removed immediately ( cleaned with steam).

The waste steel entering the plant shall be provided with the composition data analysis report of the delivery party, wrong materials are allowed; the specification size shall conform to the smelting regulations.
