Slag making agent:
The slag forming agent used for high quality railway casting must have the same characteristics as the charge; the slag forming agent used shall be dry impetuous.
(rubber inlet) covering agent regulations:
The masking agent for custom-made zinc alloy die casting shall have excellent heat insulation characteristics, without metal materials non-metallic elements; the masking agent applied shall be dry impetuous.
Operation process
Prepare in advance for furnace building: first add about 0.2MPa water to the electromagnetic induction coil to check whether there is water leakage. Then paste the gap of electromagnetic induction coil with clay refractory mud (dry for a period of time, of course), then pave the asbestos cloth.
Building furnace bottom: lay 20-30mm thick raw materials on the asbestos rubber plate at the furnace bottom, compact them evenly with common tools, then make the surface layer smooth, then lay 20-30mm furnace lining materials compact them. Repeat several times until it is 22mm higher than the low coil of the electromagnetic induction coil.
Furnace wall building: clean the two sides of the crucible mould, place it in the electromagnetic induction coil, pay attention to be in the same boat with the electromagnetic induction coil, measure adjust with measuring instruments, put it in the right position press the iron firmly; loosen the furnace bottom raw material between the crucible mould the asbestos cloth, install the 20-40mm thick furnace material, tamp it. This is repeated until the furnace control panel is level.
Furnace collar steel outlet: mix the lining material with 5-10% sodium silicate to make it firm.
