Regulations on processing technology
The silica sol casting is customized according to the production process requirements of aluminum alloy model; 5.1.2 pouring temperature according to the production process requirements;
The pouring time of 3100kg molten iron is less than five minutes.
Operation process
a. During the processing of the silica sol casting, the desolvention composition temperature have been specified, the deamination has been completed. The power is cut off to remove the slag, the ash sand on the top of the furnace are cleaned, the steel is prepared in advance.
b. Open the furnace mouth of the calciner, pick out the shell quickly with a fork, point the rubber inlet cup to the steel outlet of the smelting furnace.
c. The wall of the rotary smelting furnace shall be poured rapidly, the pouring shall be stable, accurate fast, so as to avoid desolvation splash, cut-off fine flow.
d. Continuously use fork to the shell before the melting furnace, maintain continuous pouring, so as to complete the desolvation as soon as possible. If the pouring time is too long, ammonia must be removed again halfway.
e. After pouring, the shell shall be placed dispersedly to speed up the refrigeration. If the steel brand with oxidizing atmosphere such as 431 material is to be created during refrigeration, quickly sprinkle a little wax slag wood slag on the rubber inlet after pouring, cover it with refrigeration.
f. Pour the cooled shell, send it to a specific location, stack it in batches.
common problem
a. The time removing the shell the calciner to pouring shall be as short as possible to prevent excessive temperature reduction of the shell.
b. During pouring, the operation speed shall be accelerated so that each furnace of molten iron can be poured as early as possible to avoid air oxidation of molten iron again.
c. During pouring, slag shall be injected into the shell with molten iron.
d. The following conditions shall be poured: the shell is burned well, the molten steel temperature is insufficient, the molten iron slag is clean, etc.
e. For castings that are easy to cause shrinkage porosity, after pouring, perm agent can be sprinkled on the rubber inlet cup to improve the feeding effect of the rubber inlet.
